Terms and Conditions
1. Security Deposit
- Deposit Amount: At the time of car pickup, a security deposit of ₹5000 will be collected from the customer. This amount is held as a precautionary measure and will be fully refunded upon the successful return of the car.
- Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded if the car is returned without any damage, traffic violations, or any other issues.
- Deductions: In the event of an accident, traffic violations (challans), or any damage to the car, the corresponding amount for repairs or fines will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the customer.
2. Payment Terms
- Full Payment Option: Customers can choose to pay the entire rental amount online at the time of booking, which will confirm their reservation.
- Partial Payment Option: Alternatively, customers can make an advance payment of ₹1500 online. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of car pickup. This option allows customers to secure their booking with a partial payment and settle the rest upon receiving the car.
3. Overspeeding Fine
- Speed Limit Enforcement: To ensure safety, a strict speed limit of 100 km/h is enforced. If the car exceeds this speed limit, a fine of ₹2500 will be imposed.
- Fine Collection: The overspeeding fine will be collected either from the security deposit or will need to be paid by the customer at the time of car return.
4. Damage and Repairs
- Customer Responsibility: In case of any damage to the rented car, the customer is responsible for the cost of repairs.
- Authorized Repairs: All repairs must be carried out at an authorized service center to ensure quality and authenticity. The customer will be liable to pay the repair costs as determined by the service center.
5. Required Documents
- Identification Proof: Customers must carry their Aadhar card, PAN card, and driving license at the time of car pickup. These documents are essential for verification and must be presented without fail.
- Photographs: In addition to the identification documents, customers are required to provide two recent passport-size photographs. These are necessary for record-keeping and verification purposes.
6. Late Return Fee
- Timely Return: The rental agreement specifies a return time for the car. Customers are expected to adhere to this timeline to avoid additional charges.
- Late Fee: If the car is returned later than the agreed-upon time, a fee of ₹300 per hour will be charged. This fee will be calculated based on the delay duration and deducted either from the security deposit or paid directly by the customer.
6. Extend Of Booking
- Extend of Booking: If customer want to extend booking while renting a car, ₹1000 will be charged for immideate change in booking period.
